Complete Outdoor Transformation in Bury
Our team recently completed a fantastic front and rear garden renovation for homeowners Phil and Angela in Bury. The project involved creating a practical off-road parking area at the front of the property while completely redesigning the rear garden with a stylish porcelain patio.
The result is a modern, low-maintenance outdoor space that enhances both the appearance and functionality of the home. By carefully selecting complementary materials and colours throughout the project, we delivered a cohesive finish that looks stunning from every angle.
New Resin Bound Driveway Installation
The front of the property was transformed with a professionally installed resin bound driveway designed to provide comfortable parking for two vehicles.
Following excavation and ground preparation, we constructed a robust foundation to ensure long-term durability and performance. Once the base was complete, we installed a premium resin bound surface using the highly sought-after Moon Shadow aggregate blend.
This attractive combination of contemporary grey tones creates a clean, modern appearance while maintaining excellent practicality for everyday use.
To frame the driveway and create visual definition, we incorporated a contrasting Natural border, adding character and helping to highlight the resin finish.
Benefits of the New Driveway
- Space for two vehicles
- Permeable surface for effective drainage
- Low-maintenance finish
- Modern kerb appeal
- Durable and hard-wearing construction
- UV-stable resin system
The completed driveway has significantly improved the property’s frontage while providing a practical parking solution for the homeowners.
Contemporary Porcelain Patio Installation
At the rear of the property, we created a stylish outdoor living area using premium porcelain paving.
The existing patio area was removed and replaced with high-quality porcelain tiles in the popular County LGY finish. This elegant light grey paving complements modern homes perfectly and creates a bright, spacious feel throughout the garden.
To enhance the design further, we installed a contrasting Ash border around the perimeter. This darker edging creates a striking visual frame and gives the patio a bespoke, high-end appearance.
Porcelain paving remains one of the most popular choices for modern gardens due to its durability, low maintenance requirements and contemporary aesthetics.
Benefits of Porcelain Paving
- Modern, premium appearance
- Easy to clean
- Resistant to staining and fading
- Low-maintenance surface
- Excellent durability
- Ideal for entertaining and outdoor dining
The finished patio provides the perfect space for relaxing, socialising and enjoying the garden throughout the year.
Finished Result
This project has completely transformed both the front and rear of Phil and Angela’s property. The combination of the Moon Shadow resin driveway and County LGY porcelain patio creates a coordinated, contemporary look that enhances the overall appearance of the home.
The homeowners were delighted with the finished result, which not only improves everyday practicality but also adds significant kerb appeal and long-term value to their Bury property. From the initial groundworks through to the final finishing touches, every aspect of the installation was completed to the highest standards by our experienced team.
